iQOO Neo6 with Snapdragon 870 chipset launched in India
Dimapur, May 31 (EMN): Chinese smartphone brand iQOO on Tuesday launched the iQOO Neo6 smartphone in India. This is iQOO’s first “Neo” series phone to launch in India and has slightly different specifications from its Chinese counterpart.
India will get the iQOO Neo6 SE version with the Snapdragon 870 chip instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 found in the Chinese iQOO Neo6.
The iQOO Neo6 features a 6.62-inch 1080p E4 AMOLED display made by Samsung. The display supports 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ resolution and HDR10+. It can also reach a peak brightness of 1300 nits and has a 1,200Hz instant and 360Hz touch sampling rate.

One of the highlights of the device is that it comes with a Cascade Cooling System to help dissipate heat during stressful situations like gaming. It uses a vapor chamber along with 5-layer 3D graphite cooling plates for efficient heat dissipation.
The device also has a 4,700 mAh battery with 8W fast charging support. Other notable features include 5G connectivity, IP52 rating, 4D Game Vibration with X-Axis linear motor, stereo speakers, and Hi-Res audio certification.
The camera system on the back is a triple-camera setup which includes a 64MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) along with an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 6MP macro camera for close-up shots.
For selfies, there is a single 16MP camera housed inside a punch hole on the front display.
The iQOO Neo6 will have a base 8/128GB version that costs INR29,999, and a 12/256GB tier for INR33,999. The device is available in two colour options: Blue-Green (Dark Nova), and Aqua-Purple-Pink (Cyber Rage).
