Inter-School U-15 Cricket: Hebron HSS and SD Jain HSS register win

Dimapur, Feb. 14 (EMN): Hebron Higher Secondary School (Hebron HSS) beat Zakiesato Higher Secondary School (Zakiesato HSS) by six wickets in the first match of Dimapur District Cricket Association (DDCA) Inter-School U-15 Cricket tournament at Sovima village ground on Friday, February 14.

An update from the DDCA informed that Hebron HSS, after winning the toss, elected to field first.

Zakiesato HSS were bowled out for just 73 runs 12 overs.

Suraj Singh and Sagar Saha scored 28 and 21 runs.

Keduowhetuo took four wickets for Hebron HSS while Khrievitso took three wickets and Neizekho took two wickets.

In reply, Hebron HSS scored 74 runs for the loss of four wickets in 8.4 overs and winning by six wickets.

Khrievitso scored 23 runs while Keduowhetuo chipped in with 15 runs.

Rajiv took two wickets for Zakiesato HSS.

In the second match, SD Jain Higher Secondary School (SD Jain HSS) also beat Little Star Higher Secondary School (Little Star HSS) by six wickets.

SD Jain HSS won the toss and elected to field first.

Little Star HSS were bowled out for just 69 runs in 15.1 overs.

Tanish scored 21 runs

Sidhant was the wrecker in chief with six wickets while Rohit chipped in with three wickets for SD Jain HSS.

In reply, SD Jain HSS scored 70 runs losing four wickets in 9.1 overs to win by six wickets.

Hariom and Sidhant scored 10 and 8 runs respectively.

Amar took three wickets for Little Star HSS.
