Dimapur, Nov. 13 (EMN): The deputy commissioner (DC) of Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan, on Friday ordered temporary sealing of InduSind Bank, near Plaza Restaurant, on NL Road Dimapur for 48 hours with immediate effect till further order.
The notice informed that the bank has been sealed to take effective measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
DC also stated that any person violating the containment measures will be liable to be proceeded as per the provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, besides legal action under Section-188 of the IPC.
