Indo-Naga talks: Mishra, Muivah informal meeting held in Dimapur

DIMAPUR — The government of India representative for Indo-Naga talks, AK Mishra was in Dimapur for an informal meeting with the top brass of NSCN (IM) led by its Ato Kilonser Th. Muivah.

Sources said that Mishra had arrived on Tuesday, Sep. 17, and held the meeting on the same day at Muivah’s private residence in Dimapur. Mishra was accompanied by an officer from the union ministry of Home Affairs, it was informed.

Some of the NSCN (IM) leaders involved in the meeting were Tongmeth Wangnao, VS Atem and Anthony Shimray, the source said. Mishra departed on Wednesday.
