Indira Gandhi Academy Kohima announces date for selection trial

DIMAPUR — The selection trials for induction into Indira Gandhi Academy, Kohima, for the academic session 2024 will be conducted at IG Stadium in the state capital on December 12 from 9 am onwards.

Forms for participation will be issued on the spot upon arrival and aspirants can register on the same day by producing Aadhar card and birth certificate, informed an update from DIPR.

Candidates can participate in the following disciplines:

•             Athletics (boys and girls): 12-16 years.

•             Archery (boys and girls): 12-15 years.

•             Boxing (boys and girls): 8-14 years.

•             Wrestling (boys and girls): 8-12 years.

•             Taekwondo (boys): Under 12 years.

•             Football (girls): Under 14 years.
