Implement Strong Guidelines to Avoid Another Lockdown

An Appeal To HoDs

As we all know, the second Wave of Covid-19 is turning from Bad to Worse and it is a serious reason for concern throughout the country.

In our State the Covid-19 cases are increasing day by day, recently 107 Covid positive cases were found in St. Paul Training institute Phesama and it’s a serious concern for the state! Many states are going for partial lockdown and our neighbouring State Assam has also taken many precautionary measures for second wave which has hit the entire nation again. The Government and Health Department  should screen all outsiders who travelled from other states and take precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.  Many people went to caste vote in Assam for elections, what precaution is the government taking for the returnees. The State will face severe and intense situation, if the government doesn’t take necessary safety precautions.

So, I would like to appeal the HoDs and Administration to implement strong guidelines to avoid another pandemic and lockdown.
