Dimapur, Sep. 10 (EMN): The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced the commencement of term-end examination for June from September 17 to October 16.
In an update, the regional director of IGNOU has informed that the schedule for normal examination has been postponed due to the pandemic.
The final year students (master degree, bachelor degree, PG diploma, diploma, and certificates course), who have applied for June term end exam, are eligible to appear for the exam, it informed.
Hall ticket (examination intimation slips) will soon be available on IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in) and students can download the same.
Students have been advised to have valid identity card issued by the university and hall ticket during the examination. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. No students will be allowed to enter the examination hall without mask and hand sanitiser, it informed.
Students have also been advised to bring their own pen, pencil and ruler for precautionary measures due to Covid-19 and to maintain social distancing during the examination. For any queries, students have been asked to contact the examination centre superintendent and regional centre.
