Dimapur, Nov. 11 (EMN): ICAR-National Research Centre on Mithun, Medziphema, observed Vigilance Awareness Week-2022 from October 31 to November 6 on the theme
“Corruption Free India for Developed Nation”.
An update from Sr. Scientist and Vigilance Officer of the institute, Dr. Sapunii Stephen Hanah, who also co-ordinated the weeklong programme, informed that the awareness week commenced with an integrity pledge undertaking by all the office staff, both permanent and contractual, of the institute.
As part of the celebration, the institute conducted activities like essay writing and drawing competition for its staff and school children based on the theme of the awareness week.
Dr. Girish Patil S, Director of the institute, gave away certificates to the winners of the competitions during the valedictory programme, the update added.
