Root cause of evils
‘I’ carries tonnes of egoism
Makes human devils.
Anger, pride, jealousy, greed
Sturdy branches of tree ‘I’
Which have roots in mind
It creates the feeling of ‘my’.
‘I’ and ‘mine ‘play great mischief
Make one brute and ferocious
Fill animal instincts in one’s mind
Make the human avaricious.
Lesser the ‘I-ness’ in mind
More the comfort in life
Make a clean mind-mirror
Cutting ‘I-ness’ by knowledge knife
