Dimapur, Nov. 18 (EMN): Following detection of Covid-19 positive cases and in order to contain the spread of the virus, the additional deputy commissioner of Peren, Moa Sangtam, has ordered sealing of house No. 105 at Nsetning ward in Peren town with immediate effect till further order.
ADC has advised the public to follow all safety precautions especially within the proximity of the sealed area. He further cautioned that any persons violating the orders would be liable to be prosecuted as per the provisions of Section 51-60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 besides legal actions under section-188 of the IPC.
