Dimapur, May 26 (EMN): Hotel Vivor-Niathu group has received a Trip Advisor Certificate of excellence. This is its eighth year that the group celebrated its businesses achievement that has earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year.
Certificate of excellence recipients include accommodations, restaurants and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience, a press release received on Saturday informed.
The group while thanking to all those people who have used their products and experienced their services, credited the award to them.

The certificate of excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and regency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months, the press release stated.
