Dimapur, Oct. 25 (EMN): Akimbo Society, Akuluto, conducted a community event-cum-HIV testing with the High Risk Group (HRGs) of injecting drug users on October 23. The programme was funded by Nagaland State AIDS Control Society (NSACS).
An update from Akimbo Society stated a total of 82 HTGs were tested on HIV. The event was conducted in collaboration with the PHC Akuluto.
It stated that a carom competition was conducted in which the first three winners were awarded prizes.
Meanwhile, the staff of Akimbo Society has thanked the PHC team and for making the programme a grand success.
