HILARY DUFF has no interest in looking back. The 27-year-old star appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” Wednesday and was not really up for talking about the past when host Andy Cohen brought up her teen romance with singer Aaron Carter.
“Andy! I’m going to hurt you right now,” she joked.
“Ugh! I don’t know. I don’t know what to say about it. It was so many years ago. I literally haven’t seen him in. So, it’s uncomfortable.”
“He’s just feeling you on Twitter, publicly,” Cohen said, referring to Carter’s social media declarations about their young love.
“It’s nice to be felt,” Duff said.
Carter first tweeted about his former flame last spring.
“I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to better myself to get back to her. I don’t care what ANY of you think,” he wrote.
Giada De Laurentiis, who was also a “WWHL” guest, questioned Duff about their history and if they dated.
“Ohhhh, yes, yes,” the former “Lizzie McGuire” star responded. “When I was 13… He was very sweet. When I was 13.”
Duff took things back to present day when she revealed she wants to have more children.
“I would love to have more kids,” the star, who is already mom to 2-year-old son Luca with husband Mike Comrie, said.
The couple is currently separated but Duff said, “I’m obsessed with Luca. He’s 2 -and-a-half. I would love to. I think right now I’m busy getting back into work… I would love to in the future have more kids.”
