23-year-old Hikali Achumi was crowned Miss Nagaland 2022 at a glittering event in Capital Cultural Hall, Kohima, on Friday night. The first runner-up title went to Kenei Ritse from Phek while Jentiren from Mokokchung was adjudged the 2nd runner-up.
