Hats off to All India Radio Kohima for special reports on Assembly sessions and also comprehensive news coverage of Assembly sessions always. Please keep up with your good job to the people of the state.
But unfortunately thumbs down to Doordarshan Kendra Kohima as it is not serving the people upto the expectation. Forget about special coverage of Assembly Sessions the Kendra could not even telecast news of the sessions satisfactorly. Instead of repeat telecast of under-grade programmes and documentaries why not telecast the proceedings of the Assembly sessions and let our people know what our elected members and state government are discussing in the Assembly.
Definitly DDK Kohima is not at all serving the very purpose and therefore i request the authorities to immediately pull up the people who are manning the sick kendra so that the station could serve the people.
The regional news of DDK Kohima are also always a repetition of national news. It is not at all worth watching the news.
