DIMAPUR — A 14-day handloom, khadi and handicraft exhibition in Dimapur was inaugurated by Nagaland Handloom and Handicrafts Development Corporation (NHHDC) Ltd. chairman Prasiele Pienyu on Monday.
All together, 60 participants from Assam and various districts of Nagaland will be exhibiting varieties of handloom, khadi and handicraft products from October 9 to 22, informed the NHHDC Ltd. project manager in a press release.
[bsa_pro_ad_space id=1]Organised by the NHHDC and sponsored by the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Ministry of Textiles, New Delhi, the exhibition aims to develop and promote marketing channels in domestic and export markets, linking the two in a holistic and integrated manner and provide marketing opportunities to handicraft artisans.
