Dimapur, June 6 (EMN): Presentation of governor’s award to toppers and felicitation to rank holders of HSLC and HSSLC 2018 would be held at Raj Bhavan, Kohima, on June 8 at 11 am.
A PRO press release stated that the state governor, PB Acharya, would present the governor’s awards/ certificates to HSLC & HSSLC toppers and rank holders; awards for achievers in MIL & skill education subjects; NBSE awards to HSLC & HSSLC toppers; and Dr. Neilhouzhu Kire award to HSLC topper.
It added that short speeches would be delivered by retired state DGP, K Kire, and principal secretary of school education & SCERT, Menukhol John, while a talk on career in IT for digital India would be presented by Bharat Goyal. Special song would be presented by students of Pranab Vidyapith Higher School, Dimapur, and Mezhur Higher Secondary School, Kohima. NBSE chairperson would deliver the welcome address, it added.
