Governor meets inventor of ' Indian Round Take Down Bow'

Our Correspondent Imphal, April 12 (EMN): Manipur Governor Dr Najma Heptulla met the inventor of the modern Indian Round Take Down Bow, B Chaoba Sharma at Raj Bhavan in Imphal on April 12 Thursday. The bow was exhibited at the Luwangsangbam sports exhibition on March 16 2018 which was organised in connection with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to the state, according to official sources. As per instruction of Prime Minister, the bow was handed over to the Governor Dr Heptulla. Governor extending her support said that the invention of the bow is not only a pride of the state but also for the nation. General secretary Salam Santosh Singh of  Chaoba Archers’ Academy and Managing director and Archery Coach (CRPF) B Pritam Sharma also met the Governor.
