Dimapur, November 30: State Governor PB Acharya was the chief guest of Japfüphiki (Southern Angami) Pfütsana (traditional religion) common pre/advent Sekrenyi (Phosanyi) at Lerie, Kohima, on November 30.
PB Acharya, speaking on the occasion, called upon the gathering to improve their life style and prepare their minds to change the system. He stressed on living together with unity and wished happy Sekrenyi to all.
The meaning of Sekrenyi was highlighted by Yose Chaya, Advisor of Japfüphiki Pfütsana Krotho (JPKK), where he said the traditional religion (Pfütsana) follows the lunar moon.
Earlier, blessings was pronounced by Neisa Thol, former chairman of JPKK, while the welcome address was delivered by Viphil Thokhwe and the vote of thanks was deliverd by Pedaho Kiso, chairman of JPKK.
