Dimapur, May 1 (EMN): Governor PB Acharya has congratulated Swapneel Paul from Dimapur, for securing 64th rank in the recently declared UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017.
In a message addressed to the rank holder, the governor said ‘his achievement has made not only his parents proud but the State and Nation as well and hoped that he will contribute to the society positively in the years to come.’
Acharya also extended his congratulates to Swapneel Paul’s parents, teachers and friends, without whose support and guidance the achievement would not have been possible.
