DIMAPUR — Governor of Manipur and Nagaland, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, accompanied by his wife Jyoti Bhalla, visited Dimapur on January 31 as part of his official tour.
During the visit, the governor paid homage at Gurudwara, Marwari Patti, where he was accorded a warm welcome. Ardas and Samapti were held on his arrival, followed by a welcome address by S Jaspal Singh, joint secretary of GPC, a DIPR report stated.
Bhalla was felicitated and offered prayers, after which the programme concluded with Guru Ka Langar.
The governor also visited the Kachari Rajbari ruins, featuring notable heritage sites like mushroom pillars, various carvings, and V-shaped memorial stones.
Later, he proceeded to Niathu Resort for lunch and subsequently attended scheduled engagements at RMS.
