Gov. appreciates CRPF for ‘maintaining integrity of nation’
Dimapur, July 16 (EMN): Nagaland Governor, BP Acharya visited the CRPF Group Centre at Khatkati on July 15 and interacted with the DIG Shahnawas Khan and others officers at the group centre.
A press release from the PRO to Governor, while informing about the visit, stated that the governor has expressed appreciation to all ranks of the centre, ‘who were serving 24×7 to maintain the integrity of the nation in challenging conditions and also to ensure security of citizens’.
Saying that the CRPF have been fighting insurgency under difficult conditions and maintaining peace and tranquillity particularly in the Northeast, Acharya asserted that the force had been contributing immensely towards peace, stability and harmony of the region. Furthermore, “the governor reiterated that time demands that every empowered person need to “outreach” more positively to motivate and identify the beneficiaries of Central Flagship Projects including adoption of villages and Government Schools,” the press release stated.
