Glamazon Events invites participants for Season-2 ‘Color Trophy’

Glamazon Events is back with its Season 2 ‘Color Trophy’, a Hair Styling and Make-Up contest to be held on 30th October 2014 at Niathu Resort Dimapur. With the success of Season-1 held in 2011 the Color Trophy Season-2 is much bigger with invitations proposed to neighboring states making it a North East level contest. The show will have two events, Hair Styling and Make-Up contest for the grooming professionals and Fashion show to showcase regional Fashion designers. This was informed today at a press conference held at Café Destination Dimapur.
With the aim to create awareness in grooming industry to research, develop and merge with other cultures across the world integrating uniqueness and diverse styles of customs and tradition and to generate avenues by professionalizing the grooming industry, the Color Trophy is open to all Hair and Make-up artist both professional and freelancer and to all Salons/Parlors/Institutions within the North East state.
Parliamentary Secretary for Urban Development Zhaleo Rio has consented to be the Chief Guest for the event.
The contest will be judged by renowned Pianist Nise Meruno and Freelance Make-Up artist Valerie on the criteria of originality, skill & technique, inspiration behind the style & look and overall appearance.
With certificates for all participants the contest will have four award categories:
1. Color Trophy 2014 Title (Color/Style/Technique with cash prize of Rs 30,000
2. Evening Fashion Long Hair Up (Ladies) with cash prize of Rs 15,000
3. Street Fashion Style (Gents) with cash Prize of Rs 15,000
4. Bridal make-Up with cash prize of Rs 15,000.
