GAPYO CC (Green) win its first match of semi final league

Wokha, Jan. 3: GAPYO CC (Green) won their first match of the semi final league match defeating Royal Strikers by 28 runs in 19.3 overs.
GAPYO CC (Green) won the toss and elected to bat first scoring 152 runs in 19.1 overs losing all wickets.
Opening batsman Gonesh scored 38 Runs followed by Bivakar 32 runs, Debojit 29 runs and Pranjal 17 runs that contributed in setting the target for the Royal Strikers at 153.
Sojid of the Royal Strikers claimed 4 Wickets, Roshan 2 Wickets with Vickey and Montee getting 1 wicket each.
The second innings saw the quick dismissal of opening batsman Humari, of Royal Strikers on the first ball.
Montu scored 28 runs, Mhabemo with 23 runs, Jubin 19 runs, Sajid 14, Ajay Ali 13 & Mhonchumo 11 runs for team Royal Strikers CC. The Royal Strikers CC were however dismissed with 28 runs short to win the match in 19.3 overs.
Dipankar took 3 Wickets , Bivakar, Albert claimed 2 wickets followed by Myanbemo and Debojit who claimed 1 wicket each for team GAPYO (Green).
Gonesh the wicket Keeper of GAPYO (Green) was adjudged the Man of the Match with his contribution of 38 Runs in 20 balls laced with 6 fours and 2 sixes and also in assisting in getting 3 wickets for the team from behind the stumps.
