Free handicraft, food processing training underway in Meluri

DIMAPUR — With an objective to promote skill development and entrepreneurship, the Nagaland Tools Room and Training Centre is organising a free training on Bamboo Handicrafts, Fruits and Vegetable Dehydration, and Processing in Meluri, Phek district.

About 40 people are currently undergoing the free training for 18 days, from November 13 to the 30th.

Spearheaded by SP of Phek, Dr. Pritpal Kaur, in collaboration with the Ladies Club and Tizu Club of Meluri, the event is sponsored by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, informed an update from DIPR.
