Free delivery of food items, essential commodities for needy senior citizens in Kohima

Kohima, May 6 (EMN): The Senior Citizens Helpline office situated opposite Head Post Office at CK Arcade building, Kohima has informed that it is ready to deliver free food items and essential commodities to the poor and needy senior citizens in and around Kohima district.

A press release issued by the program manager, Neithonuo Liegise, informed that the free service for the elderly will be provided during the seven days lockdown from Mar 6 to the 12^th.

It has requested the citizens to identify genuine destitute elders in their neighbourhood and call Senior Citizen Helpline Office landline number 03702290278 or toll free number 14567 between 10 am – 5 pm for assistance.
