Five new Covid-19 cases detected in Nagaland; tally rises to 12205

Dimapur, March 3 (EMN): After reporting no new Covid-19 cases for two consecutive days, five fresh cases were detected in Nagaland on Wednesday, taking the state’s tally to 12205.

The minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom, updated that active Covid cases in the state has increased to 12 after five new cases were detected in Kohima.

Out of the 12 active cases, 11 are in Kohima and one in Dimapur. The state has also registered 11949 recoveries so far and 91 deaths, out of which 10 cases have been ruled “not Covid-related”.
