The Greendale family based in Mokokchung is embarking on a venture ,set on bringing about a fitter and healthier society. Therefore, in collaboration with Project Greendale, PAWF is powering an Event on Saturday September 10 which will be totally for the Cause #fitternagaland. This Fitness awareness program will be at Multi- Purpose Sports Complex, Mokokchung. The team is also proud to announce that it is the first of its kind not only in Nagaland but also in the North-east as well.
PAWF (Performing Arts with Fitness) was started by two individuals Talien Pongen and Talitemjen a.k.a CRT with a mission #fitternagaland on October 23, 2015 where the duo hosted an event “Fitness Awareness Program” where Zumba Fitness (one of the most successful fitness programs all over the world) was first introduced in Nagaland.
Earlier this year on World Health Day (Event of WHO) hosted by CIHSR (Referral Hospital) sponsored by Ministry of Health and Welfare Association, Government of Nagaland, PAWF organised the first ever event under the motto “beat Diabetic with the beat” in Dimapur. It was yet another historic day for Nagaland to have organised such a big event which was recognised by WHO and was marked in their schedule and Map location for the World to See.
PAWF will in- cooperate Les Mills - Body Combat (Mixed Martial Arts workouts) and take fitness to the next level and make history yet again with the first ever Les Mills- Body Combat work out in North- East during the Mokokchung Event.
