Fire breaks out at Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre

Dimapur, Sep. 1 (EMN): A minor fire broke out in the administrative block (work station) of the Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre, 6th Mile in Dimapur on August 30 at around 5 pm in the evening, damaging computers and peripherals, furniture, AC, office documents, and electrical circuit board.

In an update, team member, Kevin Solo informed that swift action of the staff averted the fire from spreading to the other sections of the building.

There was no casualty or injury reported.

According to the office staff present, short circuit is said to be the reason for the fire, as it has happened before. An FIR has been lodged in this regard, it informed.
