MOKOKCHUNG — Fazl
Ali College, Mokokchung, has been designated as the nodal institution to host
the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2025 (district level) for seven districts:
Mokokchung, Longleng, Mon, Tuensang, Shamator, Noklak, and Kiphire.
According to an update, the district-level competition, to
be organised by the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and
Sports, will take place on March 13 at Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung. The theme
for this year’s event is "One nation, one election: paving the way for
Viksit Bharat”.
The eligibility and registration details are as follows:
Young individuals aged 18 to 25 years from the participating districts can
register online through the MyBharat portal (mybharat.gov.in). The last date for
registration is March 9.
The event aims to engage youth in meaningful discussions on
governance and national development. The top 10 winners from the district-level
competition will qualify for the state-level competition. Additionally, cash
prizes will be awarded to the winners.
The Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament provides a platform for
young minds to voice their perspectives and contribute to shaping the vision of
a developed India. Interested participants are encouraged to register as soon
as possible.
