Fall Guys season 2 to have medieval theme, begins on Oct. 8
Dimapur, Oct. 4 (EMN): Here is some good news for the fans of the wildly popular game Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. The new season of the game will start on Oct. 8, according to a tweet from the game’s developer Mediatonic on Friday.
Fall Guys is a platformer jelly-bean themed battle royale game developed by Mediatonic and published by Devolver Digital. The game exploded on YouTube and Facebook after popular streamers like Shroud, Dr Disrespect and Xqc to name a few, started playing the game as a fun content. Fall Guys along with another game “Among Us” have since recorded millions of watch hours during the pandemic across Facebook, YouTube and Twitch.

The news about the new season for the game was announced back in August when Mediatonic dropped a sneak peek trailer for Gamescom 2020. According to Mediatonic, season 2 will have a medieval theme where players can dress up in medieval costumes and compete in brand new rounds featuring challenges “inspired by epic quests from the Middle Ages”. We are talking giant drawbridges, swinging axes and more.
The game is currently available for PC and PS4 with reports suggesting that a mobile version could out very soon.
