Exhibition cum farmers-scientists meet underway

Dimapur, Jan. 5: Minister for School Education & SCERT, Yitachu on January 5, inaugurated an exhibition-cum-farmers and scientists’ interaction at Yesisotha village under Meluri sub-division of Phek district. While appreciating the event, Yitachu said such programmes would immensely benefit farmers and also propagate Krishi Vigyan Kendra activities to the people of the area.The programme was organised by Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) Phek, ICAR National Research Centre on Mithun Porba in association with Phoyisha Cultural Organisation (PCO) as part of the 23rd session of Phoyisha cultural festival at Yesisotha. The minister was very appreciative of and Besides interaction between farmers and experts, information pamphlets were also distributed to the visitors. The exhibition will conclude on January 6.
