Evangelical Union holds consecration and orientation at LFIC
DIMAPUR — The Evangelical Union (EU) of Livingstone Foundation International College (LFIC), Dimapur, held its consecration-cum-orientation programme on October 20 at the college premises.
According to a press release, the consecration programme was led by Brother Kevin, president of LFIC EU, and began with an invocation by Sister Sentikala of the evangelical graduate fellowship (EGF).
Sister Aien (EGF) shared a testimony about her journey in the EU, emphasising her spiritual growth in Christ and encouraging committee members to draw inspiration from their faith in Christ.
In his speech, Nzothung, Union of Evangelical Students of India (UESI) staff, Dimapur east zone, referred to Ephesians 6:5-8, emphasising the importance of wholehearted service and sharing personal experiences of God working miraculously, strengthening his spiritual journey.
The first session concluded with a consecration ceremony for the new EU committee members, and Ikatoli, UESI staff, Dimapur west zone, expressed appreciation for the former committee members.
Sister Aien provided an overview, the introduction, and the history of UESI in the second session, while Sister Ikatoli delved into the origin of UESI in Nagaland. Nzothung articulated UESI’s vision and mission, and Sister Sentikala expounded upon its core values.
Brother Throndiba (EGF) elucidated the life of a UESI member and the roles within the committee.
