Dimapur, Oct. 22 (EMN): To empower women and girls through employable skills training, the FPA India, Nagaland branch, conducted a two-day crochet dolls training with Kaini Rhetso, staff nurse of RHFPC, as the resource person on October 21 and the 22nd at the Muskan Youth Centre in Kohima.

The purpose of training was to train women and girls in multiple employable skills and strengthen their income generating skills, an update received here on Thursday informed.

In the process of the training, a short session was held to empower the trainees with the knowledge of sexual reproductive health and rights including menstrual hygiene management. Various types of training will be conducted till December, with minimal participants for each batch maintaining the Covid-19 SOP formulated by the government, it stated.
