Dimapur, June 10 (EMN): The Emporium Skill Training Institute will be conducting on June 18 a job fair in the town hall of Zunheboto town. The fair will commence from 11:30 am, updates stated.
The government's publicity agency, the department of Information and Public Relations (IPR), issued updates on Monday informing about the job fair.
The institute is a training partner of the department of Labour and Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The main objective of the programme is to train and provide employment to unemployed youths of Nagaland, the IPR informed.
According to the IPR, the training fee is sponsored by the government of Nagaland as part of the flagship skill development scheme Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY).
The duration of the training will be three months. The updates informed that 100% placement will be given based on eligibility and merit for the following positions: Cabin crew members, airport ground staff, five star hotel associates, and cruise line (entry level attendants, associates).
The eligibility criteria are minimum class-12 or appeared; good communication skills; 18-30 years of age; and availability—candidates should be ready to relocate anywhere in India and overseas in accordance with requirements of companies, the IPR updates stated.
Interested candidates are to bring their personal documents on the day of registration i.e., June 18, the IPR stated.
