Education dept. informs head of schools

Dimapur, March 31 (EMN): Directorate of School Education has directed all head of schools (NBSE/ CBSE/ ICSE both government and private) functioning within the state of Nagaland to make necessary arrangements for students of classes 6 and above to view/ hear the 5th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC 2022) on April 1 at 11 am.

PPC 2022 is a unique interactive programme of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, with students, teachers and parents. The programme would be broadcast live on DD National, DD News and DD India. The programme would also live web stream on websites of PMO, NaMo App, MoE, Doordarshan, MyGov.in, Youtube channel and Facebook live of MoE, and Swayamprabha channels of MoE.

In areas where TV/ internet facilities are not available, arrangements should be made to listen to the live airing of the programme on the All India Radio (AIR medium wave, AIR FM channel).

The School Education director, Wonthungo Tsopoe, informed that school heads should upload at least one good photograph of students viewing the PPC 2022 event (maximum 5 photos) on MyGov portal along with the number of viewers by April 2 post telecast. He has also directed to upload a number of viewers along with one or two photographs on DoSE Nagaland online school monitoring portal (at the activity report tab) before 11:30 am of April 2.

Further, students, teachers, parents, officials are encouraged to post photographs of them viewing the PPC 2022 on social media with the hashtags #PPC2022 and #ExamWarriors.
