DIMAPUR, JUNE 16: The resource group Entrepreneurs’ Associates held a “commencement day” on June 16 for trainees of the Basic Entrepreneurial Skills Training (BEST) program at the organization’s Training and Research Centre, in Kohima town.
BEST is a program that “facilitates learning basics of start-up entrepreneurial ventures” for the youth, the organizers stated in updates issued on Thursday. It is an annual event and an initiative supported by the Tata Trust.
The training was conducted from April 25 and culminated on the 16.The managing director of Unitex Neingulie Nakhro exhorted the trainees during the event. He urged them to continue to strive and work hard, to “have a humble beginning and to always keep their dreams visible,” the organizers explained.
Certificates and cash incentives that were earned during the training were handed over to the participants by Nakhro. It was announced that a trainee, Veo Thuluo, was the highest earner of the batch.
CEO of the associates, Neichiite Doulo, also encouraged the trainees to have patience and perseverance and to never give up. 'Success will only come through hard work and determination,’ he said and wished them the best.
