Dimapur, April 28 (EMN): The Dimapur Urban Council Chairmen Federation (DUCCF) has appealed to the law enforcing authority to hand over the case of fuel adulteration racket operating in Nagaland either to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) or Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to end such nefarious activities.
While affirming its commitment to serve the citizens of Dimapur, the federation has sought explanation from the state government on why the public are not issued the monthly quota of kerosene oil.
DUCCF has appreciated the Raising People’s Party (RPP) for exposing such illegal activities and also appealed to the RPP to expose those involved in the racket whether be it student bodies, civil societies, organisations, government departments, individuals as per their information. Demanding that all those names of those involved in the fuel adulteration should be exposed immediately, it appealed to the law enforcing authority to arrest them without any sympathy.
DUCCF added that it is keeping a close watch on the latest developments of the investigation and cautioned of stern action against anyone who tries to manipulate the fuel adulteration investigation.
