DIMAPUR — Dimapur Town Nepali Baptist Church (DTNBC) celebrated the AGBCN Youth Sunday-cum-39th foundation day of Women's Ministry’ on Sunday.
According to an update, the day was observed on the theme ‘Long way to go’ (Philippians 3:13-14), which served as a powerful reminder that “our journey with God requires perseverance, dedication, and a willingness to press on.”
Under the Association of the Gorkha Baptist Churches, all the Gorkha/Nepali churches around Nagaland observed AGBCN Youth Sunday, making it a momentous occasion for the youth to come together and celebrate their faith.
Tabita Sharma shared a short and inspiring message, highlighting the importance of women ministry in the life of the church and the impact the ministry has on women leadership.
Pastor Rajesh Thapa led a special prayer for the youth ministry, women's ministry, and all the AGBCN leaders, asking for God's guidance, wisdom, and blessings upon them.

Atsune Veyie Rai delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the congregation to “press on in our journey with God, even when the road ahead seems uncertain.”
Other highlights of the programme included special numbers presented by the youth ministry and women's ministry and scripture reading by Chuba Chetri and Asha Gurung.
Earlier, the programme began with an invocation prayer by Kamal Sharma, youth pastor, followed by a praise and worship session led by the DTNBC youth ministry.
The programme concluded with a benediction by Dilu Gurung, women pastor.
