DSO Kohima informs on U-14 sepaktakraw selection

DIMAPUR — The district sports officer (DSO), Kohima, has informed schools and institutions under Kohima and Tseminyu districts that U-14 Catch Them Young Tournament in the discipline of sepaktakraw (regu event)-cum-selection for both boys and girls for Kohima and Tseminyu districts will be held on May 13 and the 14th, respectively at IG Stadium, Kohima and Indoor Stadium, Tseminyu.

According to a DIPR report, only players below 14 years of age (born on or after May 31, 2010) are eligible to apply.

Interested schools and institutions under Kohima and Tseminyu districts have been requested to collect the forms at the district sports office, Kohima, IG Road, from May 6 to the 10th during office hours.

Further, the best five players (both boys and girls) selected during the tournament will represent the two districts in the upcoming state-level Catch Them Young Tournament sepaktakraw (regu event), to be held at IG Stadium from May 20 to the 22nd. For further details, one can contact 9774650020.
