MOKOKCHUNG — Doyang Strikers demolished Super Seniors FC 4–0 in a commanding semifinal display to book their place in the MDFA Trophy 2025 grand final at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung, on Wednesday.
The Strikers broke through in the 34th minute when Khanngam Horam capitalsed on a defensive blunder and slammed home the opener.
Minutes later, Super Seniors wasted two corner-kick chances before Doyang doubled their lead. From a well-worked counter off a rebound, Yhoto Lohe ghosted in unmarked to head home in the 38th minute, giving Doyang a comfortable 2–0 halftime cushion.

Super Seniors, though gallant, were outplayed in every department.
With this dominant performance, Doyang Strikers storm into the MDFA Trophy final and now await the winner of the second semifinal clash between Telongjem FC and Chargers FC, scheduled for October 23 at 1 pm.
