Dimapur municipal council (DMC) temporarily enhanced and refixed” the rate of prices of broiler chicken

DIMAPUR — The Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has in an order on Thursday “temporarily enhanced and refixed” the rate of prices of broiler chicken (live and dressed).

As per the latest order, the rate of broiler (live) has been fixed at INR 200 per kg and broiler (dressed) at INR 290 per kg.

Administrator, DMC, W Mampai Phom in the order stated that the enhancement has been necessitated on account of shortage and corresponding rise in the wholesale rate and present wholesale market situation.
