Community Based Rehabilitation Forum (CBRF) of Grace Society had organised a disability certification camp for mental retarded persons (intellectual impairment) under Upper Langpangkong Range in its office complex in Changtongya town.
The certification camp was conducted by Dr. A Temsuyanger Ao, UIP and RCH Nodal Officer, District Mental Health Programme, Mokokchung.
Mental retarded persons (intellectual impaired) were examined and issued disability certificate according to the severity of their disability. The certification camp was conducted so that People with Disabilities (PWDs) in the project area under Grace Society CBRF would be able to avail their entitlements under various government schemes.
