Dimapur, Nov. 25 (EMN): The Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) has directed all business establishments to keep their shops open till 9 pm with immediate effect, “to help the shoppers from the festive rush”. A statement from the traders’ body on Monday also directed all shops to “put up Christmas decoration” by December 1. It warned that “violators” would be penalised. Three of the “best decorated shops” will receive cash awards and citation, it added. The DCCI suggested Dimapur police to explore the possibility of using the 5th Mile to Dhobinullah road via Thahekhu village during peak hours of the festive season.
