Dimapur pick-up van union president election

Dimapur, March 13 (EMN): The election commission of the Dimapur District Pick up Van Owners & Drivers Union (DDPODU) has announced the 3rd presidential election of the union. Filling of nomination will commence from March 14-19 till 3 pm, scrutiny of nomination on March 20, withdrawal on March 21. Polling will be conducted on March 28 from 8 am to 2 pm at its union head office, Zeliangrong village, Dhobinala in Dimapur and counting from 3 pm onwards followed by declaration of result. Intending candidates are asked to contact the election commissioner at the union head office from 10 am to 3 pm. Only union identity card holders are illegible to vote.
