Dimapur NPF youth distribute relief items

Dimapur, June 26 (EMN): As part of the Naga People’s Front (NPF) statewide pandemic outreach mission, the youth wing of NPF Dimapur division carried out free distribution of food grains to identified needy families, children homes and orphanages on Saturday.
The team led by its president, Temsuyanger Jamir, visited Rev. Longsa Memorial Orphanage Home at Kevijau colony, Samaritan Home (WSBAK) at Thahekhu village, Nagaland Outreach Children’s Orphanage Home at Seithekema, Nagaland Children’s Home at Diphupar and Chavara Home at Naharbari and provided with relief materials.
The team also visited Gurudwara at Marwaripatti and donated several bags of food grains as assistance towards their tireless service in feeding the poor and needy, especially during this pandemic.
A total of 42 bags of rice (50 kg/bag) were distributed in the relief drive.
Meanwhile, the NPF Dimapur division has acknowledged the central office and leader of opposition (LOP) for financing the much-needed relief in Dimapur and looked forward to carrying out such relief activity further in the division.
