Dimapur Lotha students union felicitates meritorious students

Dimapur, Sep 15: The Dimapur Lotha Students’ Union (DLSU) observed its 33rd general conference cum Freshers’ day and 4th academic excellence award on Sat. Sep. 15 at Lotha Hoho ki in Dimapur with the theme “Envisioning Tomorrow.”
Deputy Director of Economics and Statistics, A. Chubathung Ezung, while speaking at the programme, encouraged the students to have a vision to move forward and focus in life while reminding them that having a clear vision will help them to be successful in life.

“A man without a vision is a man without a future and a man without a future will always return to his past”, Ezung exhorted the student community to inculcate patience and flexibility in life and asked them not to be self centric but learn to work together.

Excellence award certificates were given to the meritorious students of the community based on their academic performances at the recently conducted HSLC and HSSLC exam. The award was sponsored by families of Sanchiesao Lotha, Nyamo Lotha and Rhalamo Lotha.
