Dimapur DC launches 'Message on wheel'

Dimapur, Sep. 2 (EMN):  Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Dimapur Rajesh Soundararajan launched the "Alpine Concern’s _ Message on wheel_ initiative," at DC's office premise in Dimapur on September 1.

Message on wheels is a billboard trailer pulled by a bicycle. Alpine Concern’s message on wheels is environment friendly and is specially designed to carry messages to provide information and also to create awareness among the citizens, an update informed.
