Dimapur Childline advisory board holds meeting

Dimapur, Feb. 12 (EMN): The Dimapur district Childline advisory board meeting was held in the conference hall of the deputy commissioner’s office on February 12. The meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of the deputy commission of Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan.

An update from the Childline stated that the members have discussed on initiation of child-friendly colony campaign, child protection policy concept for hostels in Dimapur, rescue of child labours under district task torce, consultation-cum-orientation for police personnel at constable level, consultation meeting with various media houses and Covid-19 test and priority on emergency cases referred by Childline.

It stated that a total of 19 members from various departments and organisations attended the meeting.
