DIMAPUR — Dimapur shoppers will have more time to browse and buy this festive season, thanks to a new directive from the Dimapur Municipal Council. The council has announced extended shopping hours, permitting businesses to operate on Sundays after midday.
“This is to notify all the business/shop establishments under Dimapur Municipal Council jurisdiction, that in view of the upcoming festive season all shops and business establishments are allowed to remain open on all Sundays after 12 pm”, read the official notification, issued on Monday.
